Lerner Research Institute offers joint doctoral programs through partnerships with Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland State University, Kent State University and the University of Akron. Many Cleveland Clinic faculty have adjunct, joint or primary appointments at these universities making it possible to complete the research requirements for a PhD with an advisor at Cleveland Clinic and graduate with a degree from one of these four universities. The Lerner Graduate Student Association (LGSA) is dedicated to fostering a collaborative community for our graduate students and enhancing academic and professional development.
